Next NFASSP Meeting announced for Monday, November 16th @ 4:30 PM

The November Meeting of the Niagara Frontier Chapter of ASSP will be held virtually once again. The topic will be OSHA Defense by Michael Rubin, Esq., CSP of the Buffalo Office of Goldberg Segalla. Michael’s experience in litigating OSHA violations as well as his experience as a Certified Safety Professional provides a great insight in to the legal aspects of your approach to Safety and Risk Management of your organization. From why you want to implement proactive safety and compliance programs to what to do if OSHA pays you a professional visit, this will be a meeting you what to attend.

The meeting will be held on Monday, November 16 from 4:30 to 6:00 PM via the Zoom video conferencing platform. Informal socializing will start at 4:15 PM. There will be a quick update on Chapter Business, operations and finance; we will begin around 4:45 PM or sooner.
