10th Annual Genesee Valley & Finger Lakes Region EH&S Professional Development Conference

The Conference Committee is officially opening their Call for Speakers for the 10th Annual Genesee Valley & Finger Lakes Region EH&S Professional Development Conference, taking place on Thursday, November 12, 2026, at the RIT Inn & Conference Center.

This milestone year is a big one, and we’re looking for dynamic EH&S professionals, subject matter experts, and innovators to present on topics that matter most to our community. We welcome proposals across a wide range of areas, including:

• Occupational Safety;
• Industrial Hygiene;
• Environmental & Emergency Management;
• Occupational Medicine;
• Legal Issues Affecting EH&S;
• Safety culture, leadership, crisis management, training techniques, and more.

This year, we’re placing special emphasis on our expert panel discussion and roundtable Q&A session.  Selected speakers may have the opportunity to engage directly with attendees hungry for practical, real-world solutions.

To submit your proposal, please include:
1. Session Title (catchy and descriptive)
2. Abstract (250 words or less)
3. Learning Objectives (at least three key takeaways)
4. Speaker Bio (your background and experience)
